At Halogen Foundation, we are serious about our mission to inspire and influence a generation of young people to lead themselves and others well. For the past 15 years, we have been running more than 700 programmes delivering quality leadership and entrepreneurship education to youth in Singapore. The next step for us is to define specifically and tangibly what the growth has been, and how to increase the pace of growth.
It is in view of this that we have invested in developing the Halogen Impact Measurement System. It is a data-driven tool that influences our approach towards how we plan, conduct, and strategise our programmes as well as the whole organisation. Designed to gather insights into a particular youth group and benchmark them across youth with similar demographics and backgrounds, the tool enables us to add greater value through our programme offerings and set the context for further tailored development approaches. The tool is self-calibrating, where every iteration improves the efficacy through feedback and optimising the data.
We are currently in the Alpha phase, and collecting responses for us to take the relevant actions to optimise the tool. If you’re keen to find out more or learn the results of the study, do contact us.
